Not too many good options for hotel casinos that accept pets, but the best option is the Westin Casuarina, which is very pet friendly and has a small casino. Depending on the size of the dog I believe most can accommodate your pooch for an extra fee. After all this is Vegas. I suggest you call what ever hotel is first on your list and see what they say.
