What can I do about a hotel that is no longer pet friendly? I want to bring my chihuahua and was under the impression from reviews on priceline.com(which I booked the hotel through) that the hotel was still pet friendly. They say that they used to be but are not now. I have prepaid for the hotel and cannot get a refund. What should I do? Hotel not pet friendly anymore?
I say, talk to the manager, make it into a big thing, and say that either your baby goes, or they refund you.
It's their fault, they should have mentioned it online.
you can always leave your dog with a kennel or friends..
or better yet, chihuahuas are small dogs, i would probably sneak mine in. hehehe, but thats not the ';right'; thing to do, and if they found out...

It was your responsibility to ensure the hotel was pet friendly before booking. "Sneaking" pets into hotels--and other irresponsible pet-owner behavior--is the reason so many hotels are returning to a "no pet" policy.
