I don't know about Vegas specifically, but in general, Motel 6 will allow 1 dog; 2 dogs if one of the dogs is a seeing-eye dog or some other type of service animal.
Wynn Las Vegas allows dogs, but Wynn might have a size limit.

The Westin and Four Seasons allow dogs and offer ammenities for dogs too. The Frontier hotel also does.
